Frequently Asked Questions

Visiting the store

Where are you located?

10010 Highway 92, Suite 110, in the Woodstock Square Shopping Center in Woodstock, GA 30188. We're right off I-575 at Exit 7. Head east on Hwy 92 for about a mile and we're on the right.

What are your hours?

Monday through Thursday: 4pm to 10pm.

Friday: 12pm to midnight.

Saturday and Sunday: 12pm to 6pm.

Is there parking?

Yes! Free parking right in front of the store in the Woodstock Square lot. No meters, no time limits, plenty of spaces.

Is the store family-friendly?

Absolutely. We have players of all ages, from kids trading Pokemon with their parents to adults in competitive Commander pods. Younger children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Can I just hang out without buying anything or entering an event?

Yes. You're welcome to browse, watch games, trade with other players, grab a drink, or just hang out. No purchase required.

Do you have food and drinks?

We carry snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and beer. No outside food or drinks, please.

I've never been to a game store before. Will I feel welcome?

That's exactly the kind of place we've built. Let the staff know it's your first time and they'll show you around, explain what's happening, and help you find your footing. We also have a New Player Guide that covers everything.

Events + tournaments

What events do you run?

We run events almost every night of the week! Magic Commander, Friday Night Magic drafts, One Piece, Lorcana, Riftbound, Pokemon Play and Trade, Gundam, Union Arena, cEDH, and monthly rotating events like Chaos Draft, Pauper, Learn to Play, and Build and Paint Night. Full details are on our weekly calendar.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

Most weekly events are drop-in, just show up before start time and register at the counter. For special events like prereleases, Regional Championship Qualifiers (RCQs), and large tournaments, we'll announce registration details on Discord and social media ahead of time.

You can always sign up on our event calendar online as well.

How much do events cost?

It depends on the event. Free Commander nights (Tuesday and Friday) cost nothing. Most constructed events are $5-$10. Draft events vary based on the Magic set. Every event's entry fee is listed on the weekly calendar.

How does prizing work?

It varies by event. Constructed events typically award store credit, for example, $15 for going undefeated and $5 for one loss. Draft and other Magic events often award booster packs per match win. Free events have no prizing, they're just for fun.

What if I don't have a deck?

For Commander, regulars will often lend decks to new players. We also sell preconstructed decks for Magic, Pokemon, Lorcana, One Piece, and Riftbound, usually starting around $20-$50. Draft events don't require a deck, you build one from the packs you open.

Are there events for beginners?

Yes. Free Commander nights (Tuesday and Friday) are casual and welcoming. Saturday Pokemon Play and Trade is free and great for all ages. And the first Wednesday of every month is a free Learn to Play night where we teach a different game from scratch.

Check out our New Player Friendly calendar right here.

What is WPN Premium and why does it matter?

WPN Premium is the highest level of Wizards of the Coast's retail program. It means we meet strict standards for store quality, event organization, and community engagement. It also gives us access to exclusive events, promo cards, and early-release products that non-Premium stores don't get.

Buying + selling cards

Do you sell singles in-store?

Yes. We have a singles display case at the counter and an iPad where you can browse the full inventory. If you're looking for specific cards, just ask, we can pull them for you.

Can I buy singles online?

Yes. Our full singles inventory is available through our TCGPlayer storefront.

How does the buylist work?

Our buylist is the fastest way to sell your Magic singles for cash or store credit. We pay 50-65% of market value depending on the card, with a higher rate if you take store credit instead of cash.

Bring your cards in and we'll make you an offer at the counter.

Do you buy cards for other games besides Magic?

Our buylist focuses on Magic: the Gathering singles. For other games, ask the staff. Availability may vary.

Can I trade cards with other players?

Absolutely. Bring your trade binder to any event. Player-to-player trading is welcome and encouraged. Just handle each other's cards with care.

Do you limit purchases on hot releases?

Yes. For high-demand products (new Pokemon sets, limited Magic releases, etc.), we set buy limits to make sure the community gets a fair shot before resellers clean us out. Limits are posted in-store and on social media.

Membership

What is the membership program?

It's a monthly subscription that gives you store credit, discounts on singles and sealed product, and free event entries depending on your tier. We offer three levels: Feeling Peachy, VIPeach, and Platinum Peach. Full details are on our membership page.

Do I need a membership to play in events or shop?

No. Membership is completely optional. Everything in the store, events, products, the buylist, is available to everyone. Membership just makes it cheaper.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. It's month-to-month and you can cancel whenever you want.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Talk to the staff at the counter or manage your subscription online. Upgrades and downgrades are both easy.

Store policies

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Cash is also welcome.

What's your return / refund policy?

Please see our refund policy page for full details. In general, sealed product in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange. Opened product (packs, boxes, etc.) and singles are final sale.

Do you have a code of conduct?

Yes. The short version: be kind, be respectful, be a good sport. Treat other players, their cards, and the store space with care. If you have an issue with another player, bring it to the staff and they'll handle it. We want everyone to feel safe and welcome here.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

We ask that you purchase food and drinks from the store. We carry snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and beer so you'll find something to keep you fueled.
